SAMSUNG
The client was not happy with the creative being produced for SAMSUNG's North American opt-in email marketing campaigns and the company was in danger of loosing the account. I was asked to join the SAMSUNG team, redesign SAMSUNG's email marketing, reaffirm creative trust with the client and assure that the company did not loose the account.
In a few short weeks I was able to establish a new look and feel the client loved, regain creative trust with the client and maintain SAMSUNG as a major client in our Denver office.
After the redesign I completed a Email Marketing Guidelines document to ensure the client and the SAMSUNG creative team were all on the same page. This document was used to guide everyone from the CMO to brand and marketing managers to in-house designers on copy tone, photography, color, typography etc. in all SAMSUNG email marketing activities.
